| Pricing Outline & Methods of Payment |

- Our pricing policy is flexible. All rates are negotiable.
- Normally we do not apply surcharges for the "first proof"—reviewing or checking our translations by ourselves (extra fee might be needed if the customer wants to get a second opinion).
- There is no set surcharge for express orders, specialty etc. Please ask for a free quote. Rates for a particular order depend on the time frame, volume, availability of reference material, specialty, extra requirements etc.
- We provide highly competitive and cost efficient terms for all-in-one project processing.
- Once in a while we give special promotions. Check out the news+schedule section. Please keep in touch!
Currently we provide discount rates for individual customers (standard orders, general topics; please mention that you saw this site).
- In some cases we may ask for a partial or full amount prepayment.
- As a rule payment is performed by a bank transfer, but we may consider other options.
- Bank transfer or any other payment procedure fees are to be paid by the customer.
Please note, that as a rule we deliver translations to individual customers only after confirming the payment.
