Translation Workflow
 

Stage 1. Quote & Order

Request a free quote. Please fill out the quote request form or send an e-mail with the information with general information on your project and any particular requirements.

Coordinator

We will analyze the documents and requirements. To assure the best performance and quality, it is indispensable to clearly understand and correctly assess the client's needs and requirements, as well as other project-related factors.
We will send you a quote. Our coordinator will offer a quote stating the costs and possible delivery deadline. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns.
To place an order, simply accept the quote.

When necessary, we will sign an additional contract and/or confidentiality agreement.
Individual customers are required to make upfront payment.

 
Stage 2. Preparation
Send the final version of the original document. Checking the document for legibility and clarity of the content.

Preparations for translation. Selecting glossaries, references, main specialized dictionaries to use.
 
Stage 3. Processing
Translation The translation will be assigned to a qualified translator best suited for the project, as a rule a native speaker of the target language.

Editor

Editing The editor will optimize the translated document to best suit the aims and purposes of its use.
Quality Assurance The final QA process consists of cross-checking and proof-reading of the deliverables. We can also offer a "second opinion" (option).
(DTP, formatting) Formatting and prepress processing, when required.
 
Stage 4. Delivery & Payment
Delivery of the final product to the customer. Usually, we deliver translations in digital form as a MS Word (.doc, .rtf) or text (.txt) file in specified encoding attached to an E-mail message. Hard copies or printed materials are send by express-mail (mailing costs are paid by the customer).

Checking by the customer and feedback. Please check the deliverables. Should you have any questions or additional requests, please contact the coordinator. We welcome any feedback that will be thoroughly analyzed and forwarded to all those involved.
Invoicing We send invoices by E-mail (as an attached scanned PDF file) or usual mail.
Payment We accept payment by bank transfer. Please note, that we deliver translations to individual customers only after confirming the payment in accordance with the quote.
